Looking back on the year here at Warriors’ Best Friend (WBF), what a year it’s been.  The building of WBF's very own service dog training facility—a warm and comfortable home for our dogs that will spend 6 months in training, working hard to become a service dog.

Converting an old homestead required significant resources, but then our dogs are worth it.  Click here to see what a pet friendly kennel looks like.  An old barn converted with all of today’s amenities like air conditioning and each dog with a spacious kennel of their own. We’re really grateful for the support of the Home Depot Foundation and so many local companies, men, and women who gave their time and lent their talents to help Warriors' Best Friend build this dream.

But the need never ends as the request from veterans far exceeds our ability to meet the demand.  With your help however, we now have space and can provide more service dogs for veterans in 2017. With kind donations from the public WBF is able to provide service dogs completely free for the men and women who desperately need them. Everything--from their service dog's vest and leash to their lodging and meals while in handler training--is paid for by the organization, made possible by your donations. Donate to this campaign and help us provide more service dogs free to the veterans who have selflessly served and sacrificed for our country.
